Our Team
Radiologists - Our radiologist, David L. Ward MD, is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He has over 15 years of experience in radiology and 30 years in medicine with a background in Preventative Medicine, Trauma, and Surgery.
Technologists - Our technologists are registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography with over 75 years of combined experience; most are experienced in multiple modalities and have additional specialty certifications in MRI, CT, or Mammography.

- Co-payments are collected at time of service
- 50% Cash Discount or Payment Plans are available for Self Pay Patients. Diagnostic Health Fossil Creek will work with you.
